Refund policy

We strive for complete satisfaction with our services. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how refunds work:

Paid Subscriptions: Refunds are only applicable to paid subscription fees.
Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of:
- Initial purchase,
- Auto-renewal charge, or
- Upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
Exclusions:
- Free trials or beta services.
- Third-party integration fees (e.g., app store charges).
- Accounts terminated for policy violations.

Email support@layersource.com with:
- Your account details (email/ID).
- Invoice/receipt number.
- Reason for the request.
We’ll respond within 7 business days.

Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- For annual plans: Refunded proportionally for unused months, minus transaction fees.
- Example: If you cancel 3 months into a ₹12,000/year plan, you’d receive ₹9,000 minus payment gateway fees.
GST/Invoicing: Refunded amounts exclude taxes already filed. Revised GST invoices will be provided.

Free Services: No refunds for free plans or features.
Trial Periods: Data loss after trials (as stated in Terms Section 5) does not trigger refunds.
Fraud/Abuse: Accounts suspended for illegal activity (Terms Section 7) forfeit refund eligibility.
Third-Party Costs: Fees from payment gateways, app stores, or integrations are non-refundable.

Discretionary refunds may be granted for:

- Active databases: Within 2 months.
- Backups: Within 3 months.
