Applies To: All Layersource services capable of sending bulk/commercial emails (“Covered Services”).
You agree to this policy as a precondition for using Covered Services.
Zero Tolerance for Spam
Covered Services may only be used to send emails/messages to recipients who have given you express, provable permission to contact them about the email’s subject.

Violation = Immediate account termination.

“Permission” means:

Strict Compliance Rules
You must:

Keep verifiable records of recipient permissions. -
Authenticate Identity
Ensure “From,” “To,” and domain/header details are accurate and traceable. -
Clarity in Content

Subject lines must truthfully reflect email content.

Clear notice: “This is an advertisement. Unsubscribe anytime.”

One-Click Unsubscribe

Implement functional opt-out in every email.

Process unsubscribe requests within 10 days.

Never email unsubscribed recipients again.

Layersource’s Enforcement

We may audit your permission records at any time.

We automatically monitor for spam patterns (e.g., high bounce rates, spam flags).

Penalties for violations:

First offense: Service suspension + mandatory retraining.

Repeat offenses: Permanent account termination.

If you suspect Layersource users are spamming:
